Avoid at all costs. Their tech insisted that he HAD TO drill ($245) & replace the cylinder ($85.) This is a LIE, a locksmith has previously opened this same lock without drilling & replacing it. If it was true & I hadn’t been inside the building that means he would’ve also had to changed the FOR THE ENTIRE BUILDING! Unfortunately, I had already been waiting an hour & half after one tech was given the wrong address by dispatch & a second completely blew me off. I needed to get in because I was pressed for time & had no choice, so now I’m out $330. Do not waste your time, these con artists will rob you blind.

I locked myself out at 2pm and had to get to work by 4pm. They arrived within a hour of me calling and moved quickly giving me more than enough time to get ready and arrive at work on time. Awesome service, highly recommend! Their pricing was also very reasonable at only $85.
